FRED BAKER, the name behind massive classics as Y-Traxx, GrooveZone and many more.. He produced in 1996, the Ibiza’s classic baleric trance anthem called Y-TRAXX " Mystery Land". The track was played by the non Trance Master Paul Oakenfold among many others during the summer 1996 and became the "Kevin and Perry Go Large " motion pictures compilation. Fred Baker produced the Legendary club anthem GROOVEZONE “Eisbaer” released on 1997 on Positiva Records… signed in 24 countries and top seller with more than 300 000 singles copies. Fred Baker produced also the huge trance monster GLOBAL TRANCE MISSION “Dream Mission”, THE EFFECT “Day Mission”, MADRID INC. “My Sunday’s Love” and the famous Trance “Screen Series” including Yellow Screen, Red Screen, Blue & Green Screen. Fred Baker was also the producer of many remixes that you can find on his own discography . Inevitably with time, his sound will continue to evolve… It’s for that he’ve just signed with three of the biggest trance labels in the world like Magik Muzik (with Dj Tiesto !), Armada (with Armin Van Buuren !) and Vandit (with Paul Van Dyk !)… TIESTO “Adagio For Strings” was also remixed by Fred Baker and became a Massive Anthem in 2005. Possessing a firm knowledge of the past and a desire to make an impact on the future, it’s an exciting for Frdric De Backer. At the end of 2005, for his second year of solo career, Fred Baker was ranked at the 129th place in the DJMAG Chart. In 2006, the Trance World is burning !!! Everybody’s now talking about!! Fred Baker produced the SENSATION ANTHEM 2006 Forever Friends on his own new label : BAKER STREET RECORDS. He is one of the pioneers of Trance music in the world and also one of the biggest producers / remixers of the electronic music scene. Travelling all around the world as DJ (Uk, Scotland, Ireland, Lebanon, Switzerland, Turkey, Czech Republic, Poland, France, Israel, Canada, USA, Germany, Argentina, Australia, Japan, New Zealand and many more !!!) 2007 has been the year of the new GrooveZone “Eisbaer” remixes by Paul Oakenfold and Fred Baker himself, signed on Perfecto label. And finally, after several bombastic tunes as “Atlantis City” & “Lunar Eclipse” with Greg Nash on Spinnin Records, Fred Baker will release his solo album signed worldwide by PIAS and the 1st single taken from the album Never Forget / Hollywood Fairytales is called “Sunshine”… Fred Baker and Robert Miles will rock all dance floors !!!!
